Made by someone who's unfortunately not French, but will pretend she is while she's making it. This 10x14 inch treat features a homemade, hand-kneaded pastry crust, local Columbia apples, and an apricot-pineapple rum glaze.

I use two full sticks of butter for this recipe. It is delicious.
