Perhaps it would help if people read this www.thecrimson.com/article/2013/11/14/defense-humanities/ and thought about what the humanities are really for? Are they simply for getting a job? Or are they for learning the kinds of critical skills you can get in disciplines like the study of literature, or the study of the arts, or the the study of the arts of FRISBEE? I ask you. |
