I have four African varieties to choose from:
Burundi Kirimiro Teka Rwanda Nyamasheke Tanzania AB Burka Estate Ethiopia Organic Suke Quto
I'm drinking Tanzania this morning (yum!) and have been pleased with the Ethiopian and Rwandan beans. Haven't tried the beans from Burundi yet, but I'm sure they're tasty too.
I roast using a heat gun, a mixing bowl, and a wooden spoon and typically produce roasts in the Full City to French range.
